Shipping Policy

timeplus+ can arrange delivery to most regions worldwide. Please refer to our company's terms and conditions for shopping and delivery.

  1. All delivery services are conducted through courier companies or EMS.
  2. The delivery address cannot be a postal box number. Please provide a detailed delivery address and contact phone number. If the goods are returned to our company due to insufficient address, recipient refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempts, providing only a postal box number, or other reasons, the order will be classified as an 'undeliverable order.' We will notify you via email regarding the matter. In such cases, we will refund you after deducting the shipping fee and reasonable handling charges (not exceeding 15% of the total value of the goods in the 'undeliverable order'). Please note that we are unable to re-deliver the goods for 'undeliverable orders,' but we welcome you to make another purchase of our products online.
  3. Our company strives to deliver the goods within 7 working days after receiving the confirmed order, subject to the availability of sufficient stock. We will notify you via email about the estimated delivery date. We will process your confirmed order as soon as possible. However, please note that due to various factors, we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the specified time frame. These factors include customs inspections, which may take several weeks in certain countries, or delays in postal delivery due to holidays such as Christmas, New Year, or other holidays.
  4. When the purchased goods arrive in your country, you may be required to pay import duties. Any additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. You are considered the importer and you should comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will describe the goods as "Health Products". Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the import and sale of some of our products to you. While we shall endeavour to assist you to fulfill the import or sale requirements imposed by local authorities, we are unable to accept any liability or be held responsible for any consequence or loss caused by or in connection with the import or sale requirements imposed by any local authority.

Return and Refund

  1. timeplus+ is committed to providing you with the highest quality products.
  2. If you are dissatisfied with your purchased goods, please email customer@thetimeplus.com within 14 days from the delivery date. We guarantee the option for product returns or exchanges, or a refund minus the shipping fees.
  3. Refunds will be credited to your payment account within four weeks from the confirmation.
  4. "Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping fee. Additionally, for 'undeliverable orders' as defined in the delivery terms (see point 2), we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fee and reasonable handling charges (not exceeding 15% of the total value of the goods in the 'undeliverable order').
  5. The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
    • The item was purchased at a special, discounted or promotional price;
     • The product has been used, damaged or opened, or the packaging is broken or damaged, or the protective seal on the bottle is damaged, or the lot number or expiration date of the product is missing, covered or obscured;
     • The goods have expired or the remaining shelf life is less than six months;
     • The goods were purchased through any channel other than this website; or
     • Items marked as gifts or samples.
  6. When applying for a refund, the customer must provide the company with the details of the product and purchase, and attach the receipt for the purchase of the product through this website. The Company will verify the situation and then email you to confirm whether the refund request has been approved.
  7. "All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the purchase of the product on our website and must be accompanied by the official receipt issued by timeplus+ in order to be valid.
  8. timeplus+ reserves the right to refuse any refund request without prior notice, has the right to determine insufficient or inappropriate grounds for refund requests, and/or may propose replacement with an exchange depending on the circumstances
  9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. This English version is for reference only. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
